Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cultivated in affiliate olive oil mills throughout Crete. It is stored in stainless steel tanks in controlled temperature and bottled at state-of-the-art bottling facilities under strict and certified, according to HACCP system, hygiene regulations.

We make every effort to ensure that all our human resources, implement the safety management system and quality that we have planned. It achieves our goal which is to produce safe products with consistently high quality.

For the implementation of our policy, a substantial role is played by the quality accurance department of our company. From this section, in cooperation with an Certified by Bio Hellas and by the International Olive Council, chemical laboratory, made all the analysis required to select the right Extra Virgin Olive Oil which will be stored in our tanks for standardization and packaging.
